ITINERARY

MONTE BRÈ > ALDESAGO > BRÈ VILLAGE > MONTE BRÈ

The itinerary starts out from the summit station of the Monte Brè Funicular: from here, follow the path towards Aldesago, until you reach the viewpoint overlooking the village. Once you have admired the panorama of the Gulf of Lugano, you can resume your hike towards Brè village, which is unmistakable thanks to the artistic decorations dotted around its characteristic alleyways. Not far from the picturesque village, there is also a leisure area to enjoy, which consists of a playground where the little ones can have fun and an area equipped for barbecues and picnics. For art lovers, a visit to the museum dedicated to Wilhelm Schmid is also a must.

The last stretch of the route takes you back to the summit station of the Monte Brè Funicular, which you can then take back down to the city.
